1. TECHNIPLUS FABRIC
During the wet season, TECHNIPLUS technicalfabric on your yurt:prevents infiltration, limits green and black marks, preserves other interior fabrics that won’t need changing for a long time. Made from the same material as boat sails or hotel blinds, it creates a protective envelope around your yurt. A little more expensive than other fabrics, but the investment avoids complications and unnecessary expenditure over time.

2. RAINSCREEN FABRIC
The rain screen is the waterproof and breathable fabric that doubles the Techniplus fabric to increase the waterproofing of your yurt. Please note: waterproofing is not watertightness (something that’s watertight doesn’t breathe, like plastic, for example). Yurt fabrics are designed to protect while breathing. Waterproofing has several levels: the higher the level, the greater the protection. Placed on the felt and under the Techniplus canvas, this rainscreen fabric increases impermeability to heavy rain, melting frost and snow.

3. VAPOUR-BARRIER FABRIC
The role of the vapour barrier is to regulate the temperature difference between the outside and inside of your yurt to limit condensation. Installed under the insulation, it prevents thermal shock. The inside of the yurt
